1963 Color Print Wedge Tailed Saberwing Hummingbird Twisted Trichopilia HMX1 GF4 This is an original 1936"Campylopterus Curvipennis" This is an original 1963 color print by Rafael Montes de Oca of two members of the Campylopterus Curvipennis family, commonly known as the Wedge tailed Saberwing Hummingbird. With an average length of 125 137 mm., this bird lives in eastern Mexico, from Tamaulipas to Yucatan, and as far as the lower regions of eastern Guatemala. The crown is metallic violet blue and the rest of the upper parts are metallic green or bronze.
